I'm not aware of any "glowlight plus format", Nook uses ePub as it's format of choice.

Is there a particular problem ePub's are giving you on the device?

page alignment is off

for some reason, the book is showing off to the right of the screen. The words run off the screen.

Sounds similar to the problem in this thread...

Not sure what you've tried so far, but have you tried a simple ePub to ePub conversion with Calibre?

You can convert ePub to ePub and set your Output Profile to nook.

Do not set the output profile to nook. That's not going to work. Set the output profile to tablet. If you set to nook, all your images larger than 800x600 will be reduced to 800x600. Setting to tablet, none of the images will be reduced.

Now what to do is install the Scramble plugin in Calibre, use it to scramble the ePub and attach the scrambled ePub here. Then we can have a look and see what's wrong. You should not have to do any sort of conversion. The issue is something with that ePub.

There is no Glowlight format. B&N uses some version ADE.
