My Pocket Book Pro 602 is absolutely frozen

Dear pocketbook users,

I bought a PB Pro602 at the beggining of december. Everything worked fine and I was reading a book without problems. One day, I switched on the device as usual and it was frozen. I tried to use the reset button and nothing changed. I recharged the battery and no changes. The device is frozen for more than 25 days. I do not know what to do. Could anybody help me please ?

If you haven't I'd obviously suggest contacting PB, email, even calling any number you can find and demanding support if they've been ignoring you all this time.

Otherwise someone might have some tricks for resetting or something.

What you can try is to (re-)install the firmware: this worked for me when my 902 got frozen (see my post elsewhere in this forum).
It doesn't matter if you already have the latest firmware: the act of re-flashing may reset your device.
If you can't copy files to your 602 using a PC, use a MicroSD card with the firmware.
If your 602 doesn't recognize your MicroSD card anymore, try removing the battery, if you can, wait for an hour, and attach the battery again.

That's all I can think of for now.
