And there are a lot of non-Kindle users as well who won't buy any part of a series when the entire series are pBooks and not complete as eBooks. Plus, sales would have been better had it not been exclusive to Amazon. That would have given others a chance to purchase. If it ends here due to sales, then Terry has only himself to blame.
