Max Brand (1892-1944) is largely known for his Western books and stories. He was very prolific and didn't limit himself to Westerns. He also wrote the Doctor Kildare stories which were the basis for the TV series of that name. He also used the pen names George Owen Baxter, Walter Butler, George Challis, Evan Evans, John Frederick, Frederick Frost, David Manning, and Peter Henry Morland. Except for books six and eleven the raw text is from Project Gutenberg Australia. The other two are from Roy Glashan’s Library.

The formatting is what I think of as a "Slim 'n Trim" format; no images, no embedded fonts, and I've tried to design the CSS so that there is a minimum of tagging of html elements with classes. With the goal being a small epub file.

I'm too lazy, or something, to deal with figuring out what or where the next or first book in a series is so I've decided to start combining the individual books into a single book.
