Equivalent to metadata plugboard for conversion? I want to change the title for MOBI
Hi!
Is there an equivalent of "Metadata Plugboard" for conversion to Mobi? When converting to Mobi format, I'd like to do this substitution (so as to better locate books when I import them to the Kindle I use for reading): Code:
{series}{series_index:0>2s| #| – }{title} (see attached image) I'd rather have that conversion done on all .mobil files already instead of having to rely on sending the file or "manually" saving to disk from Calibre when I want to import it to my Kindle I'm sure there's a way, given how flexible Calibre is - I just haven't found it.... Thanks! |

No there is not, simply setup the plugboards for email/save to disk/send to device, then as long as you dont copy files directly from the calibre library folder using your OS, the plugboard will always be applied to files on the kindle.
