There are some Star Trek short stories/novellas that are not available in print and these are from Simon & Schuster.

John Locke is kind of an interesting subject in the world of eBooks. He was, of course, widely derided by the "Real Publishing" world as an example of the terrible indie writing that should never be published and was crowding out the market of the agency priced books with his cheap drivel.

Meanwhile he was just happily tooting along selling his million or so 99cent eBooks.

No matter what the so-called experts thought, people who buy books seemed quite content with his work at the prices he charged.

Then Simon and Schuster decided that he apparently was good enough to be published and signed him to a print deal. From what I understand, he retained the digital rights to the books. Terrible writer or not, he does seem rather intelligent in writing to make money.

All of my books are digital-only... I've never been in print, and I like it that way.
