One of my Kindle Keyboard's won't update to 3.3

I have 3 KK's in the house, all WiFi only, all bought at the same time from the Amazon web site.

I downloaded the 3.3 update file, put it on the root of each Kindle, and performed the update procedure. All 3 of them went through the process as expected, and all came back saying "Update Completed Successfully", however when I check the version, one of them STILL says "3.2.1".

I've repeated the procedure 3 times, it ALWAYS says Successfully Updated, but it STILL says 3.2.1.

The other 2 said "3.3" after the 1st attempt.

Any ideas?

I would try a factory reset then apply the update.

Didn't work. Says "The update was not successful" then the Kindle reboots to 3.2.1.

All other Kindle Keyboards in my house updated to 3.3 just fine

Wow, trying for 7 months, eh?
Try deleting the bin file, restarting, then adding a freshly downloaded copy of the bin file?

If that doesn't work, have you tried calling Amazon support?

I did all that, the very same bin file updated several other Kindles just fine. I tried re-downloading anyway, no luck.

Just called Amazon who are replacing the Kindle.
