Calibre-generated epub (from .docx) gives "e21027" "multiple opf files" on KindleGen

Hello to all!

I have been happily using Calibre for some time.
Now, I have generated an epub through it (from a .docx with hundreds of images).
The epub appears to be OK and epubcheck OK.
However when trying to generate a .mobi from it, the .mobi is not accepted on Kindle store.

Trying to convert it from KindleGen, it gives the "e21027" "multiple opf files" code.

I have tried to change many things and the source file, but I'm stuck here, anyone has solved this?
Thank you!
