version history?

Was the plugin version history feature removed from Calibre 5.6?

I noticed it wasn't working in 5.4, and it seems missing entirely in 5.6.

I saw that thread. But the version history I didn't think was tied to the index, I thought it was pulled directly from the first post in the thread.

Apparently when the very recent MR index changes were made, someone also decided that the version history direct link in Calibre > Preferences > Plugins > ... was redundant with a plugin's home page link.

Previously, a special double-indentation rule devised by kiwidude a decade ago was required for Calibre to be able to "see" the version history of a plugin.

I cannot say I am sorry to see the link go, since dealing with that double-indentation rule has been annoying due to the way that the MR PHP code changes the original post's html automatically, whether you want it to or not.

The index used to indicate if calibre would bother trying to scrape it.
