Dracula: Which one?
It's time for a change of pace, and considering the season, I've decided to listen to Dracula. Problem is, I have three versions that were all freebies: a full-cast version (Tim Curry et al.) from Audible, a Robert Whitfield (aka Simon Vance) version from Downpour, and a John Lee version from Tantor.
I've read it before, of course, and because of the way the novel is structured, I'm leaning toward the full-cast version, even though I generally prefer a single narrator. Any thoughts? Thanks. |

Go for the "full cast" Audible version. Different narrators for different characters will best fit this story's structure while still maintaining a traditional audiobook approach.
This version, btw, is the current free monthly Whispersync offer. |

Since the vote was unanimous (1-0!), I've decided to listen to the full-cast version of the venerable old Transylvanian count's story.

I just listened to the full cast version and found it to be fantastic.Having different voices doing each of the main characters really added to my enjoyment of this book
