Umlaute in html

I tried several Offline Browser Programs, but Dillo never shows me the correct umlaute like öäü for German but weird characters. Is their a solution for this?

Thank you
Gogolo

Edit: iLiads own Browser reads the umlaute - dillo not...

Thanks for the tip! This solved the problem.

Do you know how to adjust font size in Dillo?

Thanks

in .dillo/dillorc
Code:
# All fontsizes are scaled by this value (default is 1.0)
#font_factor=1.6
font_factor=0.8
