You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Hello!

I would like the firmware image for a Kobo Clara HD.
Also, is it correct that I need to install the Flash Drive Image Writer software from vconsole to write the image to the SD card of the Kobo?

The Kobo is stuck on the "restoring" screen, so I tried to follow this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRdV5ukt_Q0
