frozen M92

I have a freeze on my device after two tries to put some books on the internal memory (with the SD I did not have problems). I can not reset it nor shut it down. The screen stays on the initial logo with black boxes loaded till the end, I mean just before the start of the device.
May I kindly ask somebody for help???

Have you tried the reset pin on the back side of the device?

I have tried the reset botton on the back side and also I have tries to disconect the battery inside of the device - no change, I have the same frozen screen.

There is a special update for solving the freezing problem of M92.

Note that if it works, you must install a standard update after that.

I just saw that you cannot turn off the device.
In this case I think that you should contact the seller.
Before doing so you could also try to charge the battery using the wall charger for a long time and then try to turn off.

do you have the possibility to insert an SD-card into the device - even if its empty?
that caused once my device to recover from the frozen state.

I would also recommend the hint with charging for a long time.
after that you can maybe try to connect again via USB and delete last file you uploaded.

I will try but I do not believe it will work. I already contacted the seller he said to reflash the firmware - of course it does not work and he did not answer any more.
btw do not by buy anything from all_cycle_world
