Moving library to a new PC?

I've been using Calibre for a couple of years now to convert my word files into various formats of ebooks for sale on Amazon, Kobo, and Gumroad, and I very much love how easy it is to get a decent looking ebook out. But my PC is getting up in years, and I'll soon have to buy a new machine. When I get the new machine, I'd like to export all of my books to the new machine. But I don't know how, and running a search for exporting libraries in Calibre help returns no results. So, is there a way to export my whole library onto a USB key, and then import it onto the new machine with a fresh installation of Calibre?

Thanks in advance for any help y'all can provide.

Also take a look at How do I backup calibre

In particular the section on configuration data. I've had no problems when I moved the configuration data from Windows->Windows on several occasions, and once on Windows->Linux (but that was some time ago).
