Is iRiver working on an e-book reader?

Personal media player maker iRiver could be working on an e-book reader, according to an article on Current.com.au. A local distributor says iRiver is working on an e-book reader and internet tablet, which he hopes to have in the country for testing “as soon as possible”, but did not reveal further details.
