Slurping web content?

Is there a simple, easy way to slurp web content onto the Sony? Something like Instapaper for the iPhone?

slurp? I've never heard that term before. I don't know what instapaper is, never used it.

you can use calibre to pull rss feeds from many websites and make ebooks out of them you can read on the 700.

I use "read later" from instapaper, then get it with Calibre.
Bookit extension works well too.

Calibre has built-in recipe for instapaper (under "Fetch news). You need to specify your login information, then it will get articles from instapaper.

I've added "read later" bookmark to my browsers, any time I'm on a page that I want to read it later, I click on "read later", it goes to instapaper, then run Calibre. All together takes few clicks and less than a minute.

Oh, splendid, thank you! I'd been doing this with instapaper for my ipod touch, but was wondering whether the longer SF free stories I'd been bookmarking could someone be sent to my e-reader.
