Unhappy Hello, I messed up Calibre interface :(

Hello everyone,

I inadvertently messed up while surfing the preferences, by adding a button to the main toolbar and at the same time set icons to "off". The result is now I have all text buttons and NO way to open the preferences anymore. Any suggestions on how to restore the standard "freshly installed" GUI so to start customizing again (without messing up this time, hopefully)?

Thanks in advance for any help!

You should be able to get to Preferences by hitting the Control (Ctrl)+P key combination.

@Humphry3y - the Preferences icon has probably overflowed off the end of the toolbar, look for a chevron at the right edge of the toolbar, click it to show the hidden icons. Then move the Preferences icon up the Toolbar list - maybe to the very top
