.txt to .mobi

Ok, Got a text file. Using Calibre to convert it. When I do, the words get chopped. Like at the end of a line the word "of" looks like this, o
f. Not sure how to make it not chop words at the end of a line. Anyone know what I need to do. I am a newbie at calibre.

Can't really say why this is happening. Attach a sample of the file and the conversion log. You can see the log afteryou run a conversion by clicking jobs at the lower right corner of the man window, select the job in the job dialog that opens and click the detail button.

The log is an email log not a conversion log. You will most likely have to convert the file manually. Also, please attach the source text file.

The log indicates that the file being converted is an EPUB not a TXT file. Try turning off heuristic processing. If you still have the same issue attach the new conversion log.

Ah, I figured it out. I set the metadata to say it was an epub. I then converted it to mobi. I changed that and it looks fine. I hope that makes sense. Anyway, thanks for pointing me in the right direction!!!!!!
