no discuss drm policy

From posts such as this this I infer that mobileread has a policy about discussing de-drm software. it is obviously not to discuss it at all because it is discussed. Is there a written policy somewhere on the website? if so, please provide a link.

At the bottom of every topic/ discussion there is a "Guidelines": item number 8.
