Question PDF and HTML Highlighting possible?

I am very interested in buying an iLiad, because I want to use it for reading journal articles. I, however, have some questions. Is it possible with the iLiad to highlight, copy, and paste text from pdf and html formats? With "highlighting" I mean highlighting parts of a pdf document and saving the document with the highlighted parts so I could go back to the highlighted parts later on.

Any feedback and experience reports are appreciated. Thank you.

Well, its kind of possible for PDF.You can scribble on PDF pages and merge those scribbles with the companion software. But there is no support for adobe highlighting and commenting features as of yet.
