Amazon Appstore....

Im not sure if everyone else has seen this or posted about it, but yesterday I got an email about the Amazon Driod appstore opening... it works on the ee but as an added bonus, every day they are giving away a paid app for free... yesterday was angrybirds rio... got it on my phone and the ee... however its really slow on the ee =)

At least we know you've got us covered! I couldn't get my international set up to work, so I missed out on the Angry Birds, unfortunately. I would go check to see what today's free app is, but that would just be taunting myself.

I have Angry Bird but it doesn't work. I believe it requires Froyo.

Sweet. I have been waiting for Amazon to roll out its App store. It is nice to have a big name non Google dependent app store. It should prove to be a big step for non Honeycomb android tablets.

It says 1.6. It works on my eDGe. Though it works like a slow dawg on a hot summer day.

So far the freebies are Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons, and Angry Birds Rio.
