Optimize any2epub
I'm doing a any2epub (epub2epub) pass-through an already converted library of books to apply --base-font-size and I'm seeing times for some books take well over 45 minutes to convert.
When applying attributes such as font-size to an already converted book, couldn't this process heavily optimized? For instance, why re-split the book, if it's already split? |

Files are only split if their component file sizes are above the 300K limit.
