Is there a way to bulk reverse pages on calibre? If so, how would you go about it?

BTW Ebooks don't really have 'pages' because the flow.
Were your source files out of order?

Use the guidelines in the FAQ

possibly a bulk renamer on the source file names

without a properly configured 'Index' file, ASCII filename sort order would probably be used

file001, file002
not: file1,file2
