Librarian Sync creates empty collections folders on Kindle

Hi...

I have a Paperwhite 3 (g90g1)

Did the following steps:
1. Downgraded the Firmware to 5.7.4
2. Jailbreak
3. Copied the collections manager2.8.1 (CollectionsManager.azw2). But the kindle says it will not work on this firmware.
4. downloaded Kual, Python(Update_python_0.14.N_install_pw2_kt2_kv_pw3 _koa_kt3), mkk, helper, mrpk
5. Downloaded Kindletool (kindletool-v1.6.4.97-mingw) to convert the librarian sync file.
Used the following commands -
>kindletool convert Update_librariansync_1.10_kindle5.bin
>kindletool create ota2 -d paperwhite3 Update_librariansync_1.10_kindle5_conv
erted.tar.gz update_librariansync-1.10pw3.bin
6. Copied the update_librariansync-1.10pw3 to the mrpackages folder of the kindle.
7. Librariansync was successfully installed.

My problem is this - when I update collections from calibre through librariansync all it does is create empty collections folder on the kindle. All the books are outside the Kindle. I cannot figure out the problem.

Please help.

You downgraded to FACTORY ONLY firmware.
None of our things where ever intended to run inside of the factory on the production line.

Now install CUSTOMER firmware (Steps #7 and #8, in that order).
Your choice of version, just that it must be the customer firmware.

Ok so since I've downgraded to Firmware to 5.7.4, I can install customer_PW3_5.8.7_update on the device now? I'm just worried I'll brick my Kindle.

After that I'm guessing I have to reinstall Kual, python and rest of the stuff?
