Guys, I read a number of web boards and started wondering if it's possible to grab them at a certain time and then interact with them via my Palm with iSilo and then sync and update? This would seem to be a big item.

Unfortunately, while AvantGo does some of that, iSilo doesn't, and I'm not aware of any such support in Plucker. Data are mostly streamed in one direction only.
