server not running on Win11 Pro

I started the content server on port 8080.
I tried to connect from the same machine that the server is on.
http://127.0.0.1:8080/
http://192.168.1.135:8080/

I get: Failed to communicate with "/interface-data/init?1741806708971", with status: [500 (error)] Internal Server Error

I disconnected from the Internet and disabled the firewall, didn't help.

I used to have this running on Win10 Pro.

Worked after deleted corrupt Notes database.

I can connect to it from the local host machine, but not from other computers or phones on my local LAN, both wireless and wired.
err: this page isn't working right now sent an invalid response

It's not working if I use the full IP address (http://192.168.1.135:8080/#library_i...anel=book_list) instead of

http://[::1]:8080/#library_id=Library&panel=book_list

My Ubiquiti router has all local Lan ports open to all local traffic.
My Windows Firewall has Calibre added as a trusted app.

Turned the firewall off, still not working with the full IP address.

Not sure what I'm missing.

If you can connect from local computer then the server is running fine, the rest is a matter of configuring firewalls and routers to expose it over your network.
