Calibre fails to open after latest update

After installing 7.7.0, it wouldn't open, so I restarted my computer. It still wouldn't open after that, so I looked it up online and found a thread that said I should delete the Calibre folder and reinstall it, so I did that. I restarted the computer again and tried to open it, but it gave me an error message.

There was an error initializing the bypy frozen importer:
<class 'FileNotFoundError'>: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified: 'C:\\Program Files\\Calibre2\\app\\bin\\python-lib.bypy.frozen'

Try to uninstall calibre and then delete the Calibre2 folder in Program Files before re-installing. Simply trying to delete the Calibre2 folder before reinstalling is not likely to be helpful.

Uninstall, delete C:\\Program Files\\Calibre2
(or wherever you chose to install calibre). Then re-install. And
dont worry, uninstalling will not affect your books/settings.
