Marked plugin connected device only - can't undo

During install, I accidentally marked the Count Pages by Grant Drake plugin to only show when I have a device connected. This turns out to be super inconvenient, and I dearly wish I could undo that--but I can't figure out how.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, but I did not get the question asked again. I also tried upgrading the plugin to the latest version, but I also did not get asked the question again.

Preferences -> Plugins -> Customize Count Pages is relevant to specifying how I want to determine wordcount, but does not offer the ability to toggle the plugin's visibility so that it shows in the toolbar regardless of whether there is a device attached to my computer.

Please help!

Preferences:Toolbars is where you change when and where all tool Icons appear
you can add to other tool bars, remove fome some

As you discovered, ther are 2 flavors of some: Connected and disconnected.

If you want to see on both, you need to Add on both
