Talking Anyone Else Remember Asa Drake's Bloodsong Trilogy?!

I read the first book in the Bloodsong trilogy (C. Dean Andersson writing as Asa Drake) eons ago. (OK, in the first year of college.) It was exciting sword & sorcery with a strong heroine -- and a Boris cover! I might have enjoyed it even more if some of my annoying schoolmates hadn't snatched the book from me and made fun of the overuse of capitalization in the first few paragraphs. But I remember the book even now, so it must have been cool.

Luckily, those former classmates are nowhere near me now. Because I just learned that the entire trilogy is available for Kindle (and Lendable) for $6.99. As I never got to read the whole trilogy... Click! It's also on Goodreads.

I wouldn't have known these books were available, but I was looking up a Bathory song on Wikipedia, and it mentioned that the song (One Rode to Asa Bay) was dedicated to C. Dean Andersson, who had dedicated a book to Quorthon of Bathory. (Bathory the band, not Bathory the serial killer. )

I might look up more from this publisher as they seem to have a lot of SF/fantasy reprints -- the late Patricia Anthony, plus Jody Lynn Nye, P. N. Elrod, and others.
