Huge icons after update

Hi all,
after year after year of perfect usage today I had the first problem
I upgraded from 2.8 to 3.4 and when I launched the program I saw a huge program, huge icons, huge column sizes.
I went to the icons settings but it is set to small

What happened?
This is my report:

See the line:

devicePixelRatio: 3.0

Qt thinks the device pixel ratio for your screen should be 3, which is almost certainly incorrect.

Either set the correct Xft.dpi resource or turn off automatic scaling in the calibre preferences->Look & Feel
