If you have battery level drops of exactly the same amount at exactly the same point, then it is unlikely to be a firmware fixable problem. It is probably something about the battery.

But, the important question is: What is the overall life? I think you have an Aura ONE. Kobo rate that at about 15 hours of reading (30 minutes a day for a month). If you are getting about that, then all is OK. If your are getting significantly less than that, then there is a problem.
