How do you re-arrange buttons?

I saw on the newest changelog Version 0.5.2 that the ability to re-arrange buttons was added. I looked at preferences but could not find the options to re-arrange? Am I missing something?

It isn't the ability to re-arrange buttons, rather the buttons were re-arranged

Ah, I had mis-read that. Sorry for the hassle.

yesterday when I was doing some converting I could tell using Calibre had become a habit because my mouse kept ending up at the wrong buttons. But I'll get used to the new order in no time.

yeah I know it is a bit of a pain, but I decided to do it for netbook users as for them the full toolbar may not be visible so it is best to have the frequently used icons first
