It wasn't working for me either. I spent about an hour with customer service and finally got the $5.95 deal but not the coupon.

Yes I got it, several days after my Audible Plus subscription had run out. The $20 coupon appeared a couple hours after I signed up too. SURPRISED that it worked for me this time. I also got the 99 cent 3 month Kindle Unlimited deal, must be my lucky Black Friday (for a change). Didn't buy anything else.

I got the deal, the coupon, and two extra credits for the hassle, after nearly 90 minutes on the phone with customer service. Most of that time I was on hold, doing online shopping, so it wasn't completely wasted time.

abqkjh, I'm surprised you didn't get the coupon; that was the easiest part. The rep was able to apply that immediately.
