Thanks Kieran for your quick reply and the fix. It seems to have worked.
Funny it didn't the first try, but did after I tried again. Maybe I did something wrong the first time, who knows? Certainly not me...
Happy with my book section :-)

and to you too Kieran for independent testing and development! Everyone seems to have favourite sections and unwanted parts... I can recommend a full perusal of the Guardian website at www.theguardian.com/uk-news and then click on Browse all sections (below the masthead to the right) to find the part you want and note its URL.

It's not, as it used to be, clearly named as the hardcopy sections, eg Cook doesn't exist, but all the articles are there under either/both Lifesandstyle and Food-and-drink.

One more thing of note: on Saturday I ran the recipe three times, at 8am (my usual time), 5pm and 10pm. At 8am my "extra" sections had 44 articles, and at 5pm and 10pm this had risen to 70 articles, it seems to me that staff spend the morning mounting more articles on the site, so it is better to download later in the day. The main articles, News etc, stayed the same throughout.

I did also buy a hardcopy (well it is Christmas!) and have found most of the articles in my later downloads, eg Four ways with a turkey had appeared by 5pm. Lush!
