Calibre 0.6.14 with Mac OSX 10.6.1: didn't convert any PDFs

Hello,

i#m almost new to Calibre but I have used it before. I'm running Snow Leopard and I was glad to read that with Calibre 0.6.14 Snow Leopard compatibility is guaranteed.

So i've downloaded the new version and tried to convert a pdf file into the epub-format - because i want to use and read the files on my iPhone 3g in use with "Stanza".

But everytime I want to convert a PDF there's the following error and can't get the new Calibre version to work:

I have deinstalled Calibre and installed the current version over and over again

I've tried it also with an old PDF file where the conversion to an an ePUB-file worked in previous versions of Calibre. The new current version of Calibre comes with the same error message that I mentioned above even if it's the PDF-file that had worked before.

I'm looking forward to every suggestion or solution or is it just a wrong setting?

Same OS and Calibre version here and same error message when trying to convert a PDF. MOBI output here.

I uploaded a fixed build. Re-download and you should be fine.

hi. where is this new version. i went to your site and dl'ed the 0.6.14 but it didn't solve anything....

btw- i use a mac.

I have the same problem trying to convert pdf>mobi on 10.6.1 with the brand new 0.6.14 version, it worked fine before though?

having the same problem with PDF, but otherwise new version of calibre is working fabulous on my mac.
