How to get a library card
I live in a wonderful country but.......
Local public library has fewer books than I do (a serious lot fewer) I can't get a UK card without going there, and the two USA libraries that would sell me a card without actually going there need a cheque. I don't have a USA bank account, so that is out. Ideas, anyone?

Is one of the US ones the Free Library of Philadelphia? In the past they've taken credit cards for folks from outside the US...
