Uploading Books to Calibre

Tried on two different machines to upload a new book to Calibre library. Both times on both machines got the same message.

ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>ConstraintError</b>:ConstraintError: Foreign key violation: authors is still referenced

calibre 1.14 isfrozen: True is64bit: False

Please let me know what I need to do. I have my books sorted specifically and do not wish to recreate the wheel.

Attach the metadata.db from your library and also the title and author of the book you are trying to add. You can get that by opening the book in the calibre viewer and clicking the information button.

I get the same error message as described at the top of the thread, with any new book at all that I'm trying to add to Calibre. Any suggestions?
