Syncing read column

Hi have read the instructions on how to do this but when I get to sync column for read I tap and you are supposed to get a pop up mine goes to do not sync with a tick how do I change this
Any help much appreciated

You don't get any pop-up, it just synchronize the information with the rest of columns when you connect.

Thankyou for your reply but according to the instructions in FAQ you do i have gone back to reset my read column in Calibre as i dont think it is set up correctly will post back if i find a soluton

Have followed all steps but when I get to sync column for read I tap and still get right arrow with dont sync marked
Any help appreciated

Have you created a Yes/No column in calibre? If so, after creating that column did you connect CC to calibre as a wireless device? You must to that for CC to know about the column. Then did you disconnect before trying to set up the sync columns?

And just to be sure, are these the directions you are referring to?
