Does anybody know whether the Vatican's Neo Vulgata Bible is under copyright protection or considered public domain?

ahi, I don't know the answer to your question, but I can tell you that three weeks ago I emailed the Vatican, and they promptly gave me permission to download the Papal Encyclicals.
