Best dictionary implementation for EBUP? (Android, E-Ink readers, anything)
Contrary to MOBI, there is no standard for EPUB dictionaries. Which is the best implementation for either dedicated E-readers or Android devices?

Kobo ereaders use marisa format (http://code.google.com/p/marisa-trie/). I make no claims about it being the "best", but it works OK.

Are you after quick lookup with minimum disruption to reading or maximum comprehensiveness with extra information and relevent links?

ColorDict is supported by all the Android reader apps I like and, when online, includes Wikipedia hits.
Whether it's the best by any other metric, I couldn't say. But as a kind of "standard" interface (other apps have, AFAIK, taken its API on board), it works for me.
