Been sick for 2 weeks now. probably allergies for my head is all stuffed up but i feel ok outside of extreme fatigue and light headedness for being all stuffed up

Get better soon! I had something similar recently, after the cold/flu symptoms passed I was left with the fatigue for weeks after. Covid tests came back negative.

Again, same here. It's probably covid, I'm not going to bother testing, no difference either way. It will pass when it will pass.

I am feeling better today. ear still a little stuffed. ben running my air purifier the past 24 hrs and i think it made a difference

If that's helping (and I don't doubt it is), then there's a good chance you have some unresolved mold issues. They could be external or internal, but this is the season for them.

I finally had my Shingrix vax today (the frst one of two). Those of you who "know" me from here, know that stoopid moron that I am, I hadn't had it previously. I thus promptly GOT Shingles (worst. thing. ever) and the docs have been holding me back from having the vaccination, for a variety of reasons (nuthin' serious, kids). But, finally, today was the day.

Thus, now, I'm sitting here, waiting to feel all sickish and join you guys in your suffering. Misery loves company, after all! I don't want you kiddles to feel alone!

I've heard bad things about what shingrix (temporarily) does to people. Good luck.

My mother didn't have any problems after her Sungrix vaccine. Normally she has, at the very least, a swollen and sore spot on her arm.

My father, who hardly ever has any side effects from vaccines, felt crappy the next day. His theory is that that was because he's had shingles twice (once recently) and his body reacts more to the vaccine.

I had a day in bed because I could. But well worth it to significantly reduce the risk of getting shingles, and reduce even more the risk of getting serious shingles.

You didn't follow @Hitch's travails with shingles? Compared to that, the suffering from shingrix is negligible.

Second COVID-19 vaccine knocked me down for a day. (Though I'm still waiting for my 5G to kick in.)

COVID-19 itself knocked me down for a week. If I hadn't been vaccinated probably would've been hospitalized, maybe worse. (Even afterwards, it took nearly a year for my hair to regrow back to normal.)

There are risks with the vaccine -- that heart issue specific to COVID vaccines and G-B syndrome (though pretty sure that's a risk for most, if not all, vaccines). But still better than getting sick.
