Just keep in mind that the font looks alot bigger on your PC. Take a print screen of it and then shrink it down to the size of the Kindle screen. Or print it out and reduce it on a xerox machine till it is kindle screen size. The font may be to small for you at that point even though the layout looks ok.

The last two screen caps were at 69% which I *think* accounts for this. But I will do as you say anyway just to make sure...thanks!

I'm just saying. I usually read on font size 3 on my Kindle. I can read at 2... but size 1 is very small. Although I am sure there are some youngsters here that can read at that size or others with reading glasses.

Just trying to help... I really think the Kindle 1 or 2 is a great device.

BOb's right. You'll probably be more comfortable reading it at a size 2 or 3. The line spacing will be more exaggerated but it will be easier on your eyes.

Here is a side by side comparison that might be more helpful (sorry about the lighting):

Size 1 on computer and Kindle
Size 1 on computer, size 2 on Kindle
Size 1 on computer, size 3 on Kindle
Size 4 on computer and Kindle

Wow thanks!! I guess it'll come down to balancing eye-strain vs. a desire to minimize page turns. Hopefully the faster page turns on the K2 (do you mind if I call you K2?) will help in that regard.
