Ask the PI developers to make/change their PI names to Proper Case - don't put new PI's into the index if it doesn't have have a Proper Case name.

Just to get this topic to go away ...

If you build your own, and truly give a damn about the sort order, modify Sigil/src/MainUI/MainWindow.cpp, line 310 from

keys.sort();

to

keys.sort(Qt::CaseInsensitive);

But the only way I will integrate that change into Sigil is from a github pull request from someone who has built Sigil and can verify this does what you want.
