Adding recipe for Tamil Newspaper

Hi,

I am trying to add a new recipe for a tamil news paper and it seems to even skip the news posted yesterday with the following message.

Skipping article அன்னா ஹசாரே உண்ணாவிரத போராட்டத்துக்கு குவிகிறது ஆதரவு: ஊழலுக்கு எதிராக திரளுகின்றனர் மக்கள் (Tue, 10 Apr, 2007 17:00) from feed Mudhal Pakkam as it is too old.

Even though the actual news item was posted on 7th April 2011, the system seems to identify it as 10th April, 2007. Is there a setting to ignore the publication date passed as part of the RSS feed and just go by the last 100 articles?
