PRS-T3 bricked device (blocked on "loading book"), any recovery SD ?

Hello,

First let me thank you for this forum, so useful. I have several Sony device (PRS 505 et 650) and I fot lots of informations thanks to you all.

Here is my problem : I got a PRS-T3 from Germany (I use it in France). It started working properly, but after using Calibre to load books, it started acting weird. I could not load books with reader library any more.

Then, out of the blue it got stuck at "opening page". After charging, and thousand reset and reboot, it started again. But then it got stuck at opening page.

1°) Factory reset does not work (I tried it, but to no effet, https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/43645)
2°) I get it started every 15/25 restart , I can load a book with calibre, but either it get stuck during reading or when i get the device out of sleep mode. Then it start getting stuck at "opening page" again.
3°) charge shows 100%

I guess there is a software problem somewhere. Does anyone know of a method to repair a bricked PRS-T3 or replace the OS with a clean one ?

Or any other method I could try ?

You should call Sony tech support. The device should still be under warranty.
