Pile of crap. The author of the article seems to be keyword-stuffing, doesn't know the difference between "their" and "there", etc., and the list is full of sites with some highly questionable content, but it leaves out MobileRead, Project Gutenberg, Feedbooks, and many others. Whatever they're trying to do, steering their readers to good sources of free, legitimate ebooks is not any of it.
