epub to mobi conversion changes footnote anchor location

Hey all, long time viewer, first time poster (cuz I couldn't find the answer). There were 2 other threads with similar issues, but not this specific one.

Have an epub file created with the latest version of Sigil. Passes FlightCrew w/ no errors.

Upon converting to mobi via calibre, all but 4 footnotes work perfectly. For those 4- the hyperlink from within the body to the footnote works. The hyperlink from the footnote back to the body does not. It links to a spot further down the in the body.

Footnotes that are not working are 113, 136, 163, and 199. I have attached the mobi and epub files.

Any help to get these sorted out would be greatly appreciated.
Attached Files
File Type: mobi 100 Questions for God - Justin O'Pinion.mobi (352.3 KB, 219 views)
File Type: epub 100qGod_ebok_draft.epub (187.0 KB, 213 views)

The problem is that you have the id links in different places. For footnote 112 you have
Code:
<a id="ref_n112"></a><a href="#ref_112">112</a>
for footnote 113 you have
Code:
<span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><a href="#ref_113">113</a></span><a id="ref_n113"></a>
The difference between the sup tag and the span is unimportant (except from a styling point of view - there's no guarantee that these footnotes will look the same). The important difference is that the link anchor is after the footnote. Personally, I'd go for a combined link/href like this:
Code:
<a id="ref_n112" href="#ref_112">112</a>
but there's no real need to change all of them - just the ones where you have the id link in the wrong place.
