Question How to run multiple "ebook-convert"?

I have multiple recipes and I need to convert them to ebooks at the same time. But it seems that calibre doesn't allow me to run multiple "ebook-convert" from the command line. Any solutions?

you can run as many ebook-convert instances as you want. simply open multiple terminals to do it.

xvfb has not been needed with calibre for many years now.
