BenQ to launch nReader in 2010

Taiwan-based BenQ has unveiled its first e-book reader, the nReader, which will be officially launched in 2010, Cens reports. BenQ is collaborating with AU Optronics, Qisda, and Sipix Technology to make the nReader. The e-book reader is slated for launch in Taiwan, Japan, China, and the US in January next year. BenQ expects sales to reach 300,000 units in 2010, accounting for 4-5 percent of global market supply. In Taiwan alone, the company targets sales of 50,000 units next year, aiming for a 50 percent market share.

Oh will look into it - I love my BenQ screens so have hopes for the reader. And by 2010 my current brand spanking new reader will be 'full' and I might convice OH that I need another one (and I would appreciate no one mentioning that I can use extra storage devices or something silly)

Here is some more info on it http://www.pmptoday.com/2009/11/24/b...-ebook-reader/
