When Kobo's new devices do come out, they get lots of press. Maybe Kobo is better at keeping secrets than Amazon.

With the new Kindle coming in at £270 I'm thinking Kobo adverts could mention how much cheaper a Kobo is!

Well I think Kobo definitely has the ball in their court now. Even though I am not in the market for a new device, I'm interested in what they may come up with.

Same here, I think there's probably a huge sigh of relief at Kobo now that the details of the new Kindle are officially out.

I'm a bit sad that the Goodereader people posted about it because it almost certainly means that it's not true. They certainly didn't see this new Kindle coming! Anyways, I'm hoping that they do have something up their sleeve.

Exactly,i never thought to try a kobo until now.

If a new kobo comes out next month i hope it's been long enough to include the i.mx7,test boards with the chip are already on sale so shouldn't be impossible.

A larger,waterproof,faster device for say half the price? SOLD!
